Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

Hello!

I am glad to be a part of this forum and I hope to learn a lot as I start my new journey with the Shakuhachi.  I'm starting with a plastic one - I hope to graduate to something better when I feel I can actually determine the soul of a finer instrument.  My journey with the Native American flute has shown me that it's not always better to start out with a higher end instrument as one is not yet trained in the finer aspects of breath control. And I really need to work on my embouchere with the shakuhachi...
