Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

I see I logged in 02/07 had a tough time in 2007. I am now working full time at a university in the art dept.
Walking around campus listened to some wind instruments at the Music dept and realized how I missed my shakuhachi.
I studied for several months in Kanazawa, Japan with a sensei( i cannot recall his name) purchased a flute from the maker of flutes. I recall a while ago a young african american girl in Glendale playing on the side walk her shakuhachi.
Trying to keep low to the ground and my spirit high in heaven.
Would like to find local players in Culver city, Hollywood or Northridge area.
