Is there a good reference for Kinko notation?

Hello,

I've been working on my own with the Masayuki Koga book.  This book has some very nice exercises in it and they are a joy to play.  However I'm unclear about a few of the Kinko notations that Koga uses in some of his exercises.  While he has fingering charts for almost all of the note symbols used in the exercises, there are just a few note symbols used in this book that I have not been able to find fingering descriptions for, so I don't know how they are to be played.  Does anyone know of a general reference somewhere that contains all of the Kinko note symbols, that I could refer to when I need to look up how to finger a particular note?  Thanks very much.

Best wishes to all,
Eric
