Cought up in a key

I've made 7 flutes this month,  various lengths and diameters, I must secretly love love the key of Bb. thats where I always end up. Maybe just Maybe the grove I get my bamboo from loves the key of Bb.....

Lucky You!

The last time I lived near live bamboo was in Japan where there was a beautiful manicured grove in the garden of the Four Seasons Hotel. There was no way I would've walked out of there alive with a piece of bamboo!

I gravitate towards 2.6 or F# 2.9 a lot.
