Okinawan Music

Hi all,

Recently I've come in contact with a group of Okinawan Shamisen players. One of the players is sending me a list of titles that their group practices/plays but in the meantime I thought I'd inquire here and see if anybody is familiar with some Okinawan pieces (either folk pieces or classical pieces). I thought it might be fun to play with an Okinawan Shamisen player. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks.
