Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

Hello,

I learned to play on Koga's Learn to Play the Shakuhachi book, and I really loved it.  Unfortunately, the book and CD were both destroyed in two unrelated incidents.  Since the book is pretty pricy and I already bought one, I was hoping to replace my copy with a used.  Does anyone have this book and want to unload it?
