Any help on my Tozan Ryu 1.8 maker's identity/meaning/origin would be much appreciated

Thanks Mujitsu, I did check database and another online.
The ESS forum has shed some light on this hanko and it reads 'Chikusen' so possibly the prolific Chikusen Tamai was its maker.
