Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

Yoko Reikano Kimura will make her US debut in a concert in New York on Oct. 6, 8PM. She is a young koto and shamisen virtuoso trained in the Yamada school. We toured this past spring in Japan and I am very excited that she will come to the States. Among her predominantly contemporary program is Seiho Kinea's wonderful piece "Meikyo,"  Katsutoshi Nagasawa's "The Pleiades," and the US premiere of my piece "Duo."
