Thanks Chris for posting this.  That's an excellent idea of Perry's, and now that I've got a 2.4 Earth model from Perry to protect, I started using this method yesterday.  I was fortunate enough that Perry supplies plastic bags with all his flutes, so all I had to do is cut up the sponge!  Quick, easy, and effective!

Yes, it's that time of year again, the heat's on, so humidify your wooden instruments!
