Hi All,
Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because it's about getting together with loved ones, friends...and/or family 
It's about giving thanks for what we have over a sumptuous shared meal.
To all of you here on the forum, thanks for sharing your experience of the shakuhachi.
I wish you a happy appetite and a good nap after the feast!

Happy Thanksgiving, Perry! I shared a wonderful meal with family and friends, and then I played for them my halting versions of "Hi No Maru No Hata" and "Kazoe Uta". It was the first time my mom and my best friend had seen me play.
I hope you all had a wonderful turkey, tofurkey, or other alternative meal, and siesta. And pie.
