another old flute/hanko question

My main flute is a 1.8 from the 1930's which i purchased from John Singer some time ago.  The maker's hanko by the thumb hole is "Ryou un" as in hishi-kumo(菱雲) or diamond-shaped cloud, and down below it has "Seifuu chou"(晴風調) as in sunny-wind-tuned, which was evidently Yoshida Seifuu. Just wondering whether anyone out there has a Seifuu cho marked flute, or knows anything about the maker "ryou un".... i've found plenty of info about Yoshida Seifuu, but nothing about the other.
thanks
