FYI: That is not an 'Overtone' flute, but an Overton flute--name of the maker is Overton.
Furthermore, it ain't a flute, but a whistle--a LOW whistle.
One of the sobriquets for the Overton is 'cosmic drainpipe'. They are one of the best and most sought after of
the low whistle designs.

I think I brought back the first Overton Low D seen on the West Coast of Amerikay in 1976. I bought it for 15 quid in Dublin (I've told this tale before, I know). It may have been the first one in the states. The only people I saw using them in Ireland was young Thomas Keenan, brother to Uillean Piper Paddy Keenan. I have since seen a Low C, but the Low G takes the cake. This cat must be double-jointed in places I don't even want to think about.
