'Art of the Samurai' at the Met

Hello All,

Thought some folks on here might be interested in this type of thing. Seems like a rare event to have in the West. I intend to check it out.

I was there last week.  It was interesting, lots of sword blades.

Maybe a little closer to this forum topic, is an exhibit of Chinese musical instruments that is also going on at the met.  See how the end blown flute has developed in China as well as the cousins of the Koto and Shamisen.
