If someone took me out of the ocean and made me jump through their hoops, I try to kill them too, if I were a killer whale that is.
We generally don't hear about the large percentage of ocean mammals that simply run their heads into the sides of their tanks until they die, as opposed to living life in a fish bowl.

Zoo's and Circuses are not the best places either.

A curious history that happened here in the main city of my state:
In the begining of XX century, a man became the most famous sausage maker in the principal city of the state. All people used to coment his quality and only wanted to eat the sausage he made.
Sometime after his fame spreaded, and by an acident, the police found him to be a killer, who used to clean his crimes making sausage, then the cops should never find the bodys.
So, mans meat is very adictive, and yumi, I think, eheheheh.
I think there are similar storys around the world, but this one is true, and won a big page in the newspapers of that time.

How can you take an animal that is used to migrating thousands of miles, put it in something 50 yards long and tell yourself it's cool? The definition of a sociopath is someone who is unwilling or incapable of feeling someone else's pain. I'm not a vegetarian or an animal rights activist but man's attitude towards animals is often sociopathic in nature. As a kid, I remember being taken to the zoo and thinking to myself" Who's shittin" who here? This is a prison."

It is a prison for animals.
That is what they think.

One particular ape at the Norfolk Zoo made his feelings abundantly clear. He did nothing all day but throw shit at every man, woman, or child that crossed the glass wall of his enclosure. Good times.
Ironically, Zoos and Aquariums also generate a great deal of money for conservation.
