In memory on 9/11

Hey all,

as you all know 9 years ago was a very sad day for the whole world, so I wanted to share this track from one of our german rap-artist in memory of 9/11.

Thanks for sharing Christopher. My family spent the morning honoring the victims by watching the memorial and the original news feeds.

I remember exactly what I was doing the moment I heard the news nine years ago. I was preparing for a theater rehearsal at 10am downtown, less than a kilometer from the Twin Towers.


It was tough trying to explain all the tears to the kids.

Yes Perry it is really sad to see how religion can be misunderstood and belief get abused. Nice that you took part and rember the day after such a long time.

I also remember the day like it was yesterday. I dont live in the US but it was really hard too.

I was 15 years old and spend the day at home with alot of friends and my twin brother. We watched TV and the news message appered on the TV. It was so surreal to all of us we stopped talking and started to ask if this is true or just a new hollywood blockbuster.

My parents went home and I was running down the stairs to ask them if this is really true. They looked at me with tears in there eyes and sayed "Yes!" It took weeks to realize that this was not a bad joke and hard to see at such a young age.
