Mujitsu and Tairaku's Shakuhachi BBQ

There's this great quote from Christopher Bladel's book "The Single Tone" that goes like this.

at a certain point the distinction between “us” and “them” disappears, and all  that matters is the music: the wheel comes around and we discover we are in  the world together, regardless of nationality.

I read this book last year and I browsed through the book again to find this quote. Does anyone know what page number it is located on?
