As Geni says those are Albanian flutes, not neys. I think they're known as fyell, though Geni would certainly know better! They are similar to the kaval that's played throughout eastern Europe.

yeap they are Fyell.
They are similiar to caval , different wood, and different tunning. And totally diferent tunning from nay.
All flutes are cousins anyway..

Is the fyell played the same way a persian ney is?
Persian ney is killer - can not get a clear note out even after countless, countless I say, seconds of trying.
Turkish ney is more forgiving.

there was a guy from Albania playing this instrument at the Lark Music Camp this past summer. WOW! What an amazing sound and incredible music. His friend played a bagpipe from Albania that was made from an entire goat. Cannot recall their names but amazing musicians and instruments!!

the name of the bagpipe is Gajde.
I can`t believe that there is a albania fyell player here.
Most of the time (99%) they are shepards (in this very remote areas) probably they won the Green Card Lottery:-)
Do you know their names?
I was working with a famous folk singer once, he wanted me to learn that flute. I tryed, it was hard as hell.
I was playing only clasical music than.
