Six months back all my fingers started aching. A massage therapist suggested I kill myself. Just kidding. She suggested I take SAMe. She said it enabled her to stay in her line of work well into her sixties. Anyway, I tried it and my fingers are pain free. I stopped and it came back. It doesn't work for my neck pain, or my urushi sensitivity, but, it's great for my fingers. SAMe is a bit pricey, but, it works.
It's tough being an old shakuhachi player. A student of mine once said "Old shakuhachi players don't die. They just blow away". Yeah, but, first we bitch and moan a lot.

Hey, thanks Peter-it's always good to hear about another alternative for old bones and pain relieving! I don't believe I've tried this one yet, but will if I can afford it! I wouldn't mind if it helped my back too. Thanks again.
